In today’s digital world if you are not updating yourself then you are bound to be left behind. Same was the case when the government of Pakistan decided to bring advancement into its complaint handling process. The much-awaited Pakistan Citizen Portal App was recently launched for the convenience of inland and overseas citizens as the first step towards e-governance system.
The app was initially launched for Android version only and has been very popular with the local Pakistani users. Its iOS version was also recently launched in December for Apple users. This app and its focus were to improve citizens living standards by speeding up the complaint registration and complaint handling process.
As with any other app, the initial bugs are being sorted with the help of user reviews and updates. The app’s developer Performance Management Cell, Govt of KPK has been up to the task of virtual assessment and improvement.
Pakistan Citizen Portal App Features
In order to use the app, all you have to do is first download the app via Playstore or AppStore. Once downloaded and installed you will then have to enter your details in order to get registered. Once the initial amenities have been sorted you can then go into the complaint registration window from where you can tap on the “+” icon to file a new complaint.
You can register complaints ranging from police to education, your locality’s sewage problem to pollution control. You can register a complaint about any irregularity regarding any government department. The database of the app will be connected to NADRA to check the authenticity of the complaint.
